360-851-1764 is an automated/robot scam/con pretending to be a recording from the IRS, saying the IRS is suing you, this is the final warning, and to call 360-851-1764 immediately. Do not call the number, note the time and date, and report it to the FBI online, and forget about it. They want to investigate those scams and shut them down. It's one of the things they do.
The call is a lie and attempt at theft. The IRS does not make phone calls threatening lawsuits. This is nothing more than a thief in organized crime trying to trick you into calling a toll number and getting your private information in order to steal your assets or take out credit cards in your name.
