Caller ID said Taft, Texas. I think they are in league with the same rip off people who read from a card saying they are calling about your magazine subscription, or to lower your credit card rate, or some other bs. They spoof and robodial numbers to appear legitimate. Do not talk to them, it's a waste of time.

Even though I told the caller last week I don't have any credit cards and to remove my phone number from their calling list, I continued to get calls. On Monday I found a blog comment that said to call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers and they will stop the phone calls. Since it worked, I'm here to pass this on to help others.
