After numerous, daily calls and nothing I did helped to stop this caller, I finally figured it out. Just call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. They'll verify if the caller's phone number is on their list they provide service for and they'll add the receiving phone number to the do not call list. Within 1-2 business days the calls will stop.

they have called before, two numbers always show up in the ID when it rings, we didnt answer, but knew it was a sham.
