Got a call from this number, no message was left. I called it back and it was a bot that just kept saying if we do not want to receive calls any further to press 1. So I did, and promptly received a call the next day.

Very rude woman. She called me on my cell phone to discuss the warranty on my car. She would not answer my questions about who she is and which car she was calling about. It was an invasion of my privacy and I resent it.
