It comes up as HR Block in Moore it is not HR block. They called I answered they hung up so I called back. They are trying to give you a $100 gift card to walmart or target but the catch is you have to pay a $5 processing fee. Do not fall for it any time you are required to pay a fee over the phone it is a scam.
