I replied in sleepy voice "Are you calling 314-3**-**** [my phone number]?"
Replied. "yes."
I calmly replied., "I've had this number for 15 years and I am not Randy."
Replied shouting, "You don't have to be so condescending.

He spoke over me shouting louder, "All you had to say was you are not Randy."
I replied, "I've had this phone number for 15 years and there is no Randy."
He shouted louder, "You are crazy" and hung up the phone.
* I attempted to contact the number back to speak to a supervisor and the phone was intermittently busy or it answered and hung up and immediately disconnecting without any salutation.
