Lady, accent hard to identify; might be Indian, might be Philippine. Claims not to be a "solicitation" call but an "informational service". Something about "matching the homeowner with a service" to install a photoelectric system (or maybe she actually said "solar system" -- what? Nine or ten planets and an asteroid belt?)
I told her she had awoken me from a rare opportunity to sleep in and she just kept on blabbering.
I didn't feel like stringing her along to find out what the actual scam is. I eventually got rid of her and tried to get back to sleep.
