I keep getting calls from this number, I say "Hello" several times, no response from the other end of the line, after about 19 seconds they hang up. We used to call these calls "breathers" because all the person on the other end of the line does is breathe into your ear.
Just today I called back and pressed "1" to be included in their do not call list. The automated message says this is a marketing company. By the way, as a former call center employee I know this is not standard operating procedure for legitimate call centers or telemarketing companies whose purpose is to market products. They WANT to talk to you. So this has to be just a harrassing scam.
