I get calls over ten times per day. When I answer they hang up and when I don't they don't leave a message. I added myself to their do not call list as prompted by the automated message when I call back but I STILL get calls!!! Make it STOP!!!

I keep getting calls from this number, I say "Hello" several times, no response from the other end of the line, after about 19 seconds they hang up. We used to call these calls "breathers" because all the person on the other end of the line does is breathe into your ear.
Just today I called back and pressed "1" to be included in their do not call list. The automated message says this is a marketing company. By the way, as a former call center employee I know this is not standard operating procedure for legitimate call centers or telemarketing companies whose purpose is to market products. They WANT to talk to you. So this has to be just a harrassing scam.

I generally don't have anything against marketing but I think telemarketing should illegal and all telemarketers arrested. They are most annoying and very aggressive and just don't know when to quit!!
I have this # (408) 418-5655 that keeps calling and asking for my mother by name and if she is available, I ask who is calling and what they are calling about, especially when the number is not familiar and we don't know anyone in or around California. They refuse to answer and keep requesting my mother.
I get more persistant to know what the call is about and they hang up!
Beware of telemarketers, an honest business won't have a problem talking to you and or answering your questions.

This number calls me 2 or 3 times a day. I call back and choose option 1 to be placed on the do not call list every day, but they still call. Sheer Harassment.

They are doing the same to me. I get at least 8 calls a day from them. When I am able to answer and ask what this is in reference too, I don't get a response!! They are driving me insane
