This caller said that I took out a payday loan in September 2009 and I am in litigation because I never paid back the loan. She was obviously being fed information from someone because she kept telling me to hold on and I heard someone talking to her. I told her I never took out a payday loan and I have my bank records to prove it. She said I was contacted by mail and by email regarding this and I never responded. I told her to resend the information to me via certified mail and she said she could not do that. I think this is some kind of scam to get your bank information! Be careful!
