Caller said his name was Michael Carter and that he was calling about a case #. Had very heavy accent, was difficult to understand him. I am not involved in any case. Other websites have said this phone number is a scammer pretending to be an IRS agent. Do not respond to any messages from this caller and do not give him any information.

Caller asked for the elderly lady I take care of. Talked about how there was a case against her. Told him she was not available and took a "message". Had a heavy Indian accent. We've had numerous calls for the "Microsoft" scam, which didn't work either as the elderly couple has no computers in the house. Long story short, don't give information like Heidi said.
