I rec'd the same call and the person was very rude. I called my phone company shared the experience, the number plus the phone company has blocked their number. Don't be a victim. Tell your phone company and block them!

I received a call early this morning from a women. I hung up accidentally then when I called back I got a middle Eastern man who said that I had a legal mater against me regarding my 2009 taxes. He told me that there was a warrant out for my arrest and I would be spending 6 months in jail. I explained to him that I was so confused about the matter and I have never owed the IRS any thing. I am a single mom and to make me think I might be ripped out of my daughters life is the outmost distusing thing I have ever heard of. These people should be arrested

The phone message was from an Indian sounding person and they said: This message is intended to contact name. this is Jonathan with the Department of legal affairs. I was trying to reach you in regards to a very important issue. This is a verbal modification for you in regards to the enforcement action that has been started against your name. My number is 415-506-2407. I repeat again 415-506-2407. If for any reason you're busy you call back. I'd suggest you to have your retained attorney to do it for you. You a-call-i-was(?) might end up into a legal message for you. I hope you would take this ride and call me back. This is Jonathan with the Department of legal affairs. Looking forward to speak to you."
