"John" from Prime Management Pre Legal Services called asking for my Ex-Husband starting telling me he was calling because "We" were being sued for a loan that was taken out at a Payday Loan place (something America is what he said). He got EXTREMELY rude, mean and then starting talking trash to me when I stated that he has no idea who he is talking to. He assumed I was my ex-mother-in-law. He then proceeded to act like he was looking at "my" credit talking about how horrible of a person I am, so on & so forth. I then informed him (once he stopped talking for 1 second) that I was the ex wife of the person he was looking for & the things that he was saying were slander and he needed to watch how he spoke with people. He started being rude and mean again asking why I was not at work. I proceeded to explain that I was at work, as a criminal attorney and I was starting to record this conversation for the record, would he like to change his tone with me or should we continue on record for the attorney general complaint I am about to file? He said "good luck finding me..." I told him good luck with his job that he is obviously very bad at since he did not know who he was speaking with or anything about the current status of the person he was seeking.....I do NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS A LEGIT COLLECTION AGENCY. I think they were just looking at people's information and seeing if they could get you to pay them to stop "AN IMMEDIATELY PRESSING LEGAL MATTER THAT IS DUE IN COURT NEXT WEEK THAT WILL ATTACH LIENS & WAGE GARNISHMENTS ON YOU & YOUR PROPERTY" These were the inaccurate words spoke to me by "John". DO NOT FALL FOR THIS INCORRECT SCARE TACTIC
