My opinion: if I forget to pay my bill by the due date, and they charge me $8 and change in late fees (which they do), then they can wait until the NEXT due date to collect the arrears! After all, they've charged me a fee to have that option extended to me, and the charge is no different whether you're 1 day late or 30. But of course, they'll call 4 or 5 times each day to annoy you, and sometimes they'll block their number display to try to fool you. Take my advice: don't try to argue with these chimps. Hit ignore, or block the number, and try not to forget to pay your bill by the due date. I intend to keep browsing the web for better deals from other less abusive service providers.
