Recording says it's the "Treasury Department and you have warrants out for your arrest!"

Instructed me to call another number (Sadly, I didn't write down the number on the recording).

Why do phone companies allow spoofed numbers?
Greed.
What's the FCC doing about this constant issue?
The Do Not Call List is weak in implementation.
That needs to change.
