Me: Good.
Marco: The health service we provide is only for Medicare patients. I understand that you are on Medicare, is that right?
Me: Right.
Marco: Since you are on Medicare, you are entitled to receive the latest back brace at no cost to you, covered by your insurance. I believe you never received the back brace before. Is that true?
Me: Right.
Marco: You have your own doctor, and he knows about your back problem?
Me: Right.
