Caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" I answered the the call because there has been a legitimate entity trying to get in touch with me, we keep missing each other. At first no one was there, the phone was silent. Then a man I could barely understand because of all the noise in the background asked if this was Mrs. Johnson. I said, "this is." He told me that his name is George & I could barely understand the rest of what he said. It was something about my computer operating system. I hung up. So far, no call backs today. It sounded like he was calling from a crowded HS cafeteria or the mall in December, from all the background noise. Many many different speakers, many different voices/accents etc. including laughter and noises and music playing.

The caller who did not speak English too well said they were calling about my postal computer.
They hung up after I suggested they were just making wild phone calls to numbers.
