Whew, I finally figured out a way to stop these constant annoying phone calls that lasted for weeks! It's quick and simple, call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. I already got 561-325-9917 and 440-617-5641 phone number verified on their list of phone numbers they provide this service for but they still want to record the complaints. They will then add the receiving phone number on to the do not call list and within a couple of days, the calls should stop, it did for me.
