Calls craigslist sellers and offers to buy your vehicle for your asking price. Usually, gets seller to "hold" the vehicle for him as he's not local and will need you to wait on him (afterall, he's paying your asking price). He strings the seller along with excuses, then never responds to calls, texts, or emails. Don't even waste your time with him.
