469-208-0077- They threatened me with arrest and said I was guilty of fraud - (which I know that no lawyer would ever say before a case is tried by a judge...) and they said I must pay over $8600. I repeatedly asked for their information- location, names, etc. and they hung up.
This so-called "law office" called me today threatening me with arrest tomorrow for a fictitious loan that they claimed I took out and also for "fraud", if I did not repay over $8600. I know this is a farce because I never done such a thing. I turned the questions back on them and asked what law office they were from and they refused to give me the name and their names. I was hung up on so I called them back and they answered simply "law office"... This is a scammer company harassing several individuals, as I have read several consumer reports online. When I asked them for their info when I called back, they refused to comply with my requests and said I was going to be arrested for fraud. They read back my social sec number. I told them that stealing consumer information is illegal and scamming people and making threats with personal information is a felony. They hung up. I want to press harassment charges and want it known that they have access to my personal information. This phone number is local to Dallas, TX.

Mr. Little a foreign man called me at my job (attorney's office) and said good luck with the complaint filed against me. He asked for my attorney's name and I said I work for attorney's and he continues to call here he will be sued. He hung up.

I sent back a text thanking them for the call because now they were being monitred by the fbi ftc and local law enforcement and wished them good luck. Its a cell phone they keep switching up the numbers thinking they are being sneaky

I was called at my work today 2/6/14 from a unassigned # 469-208-0077 stating I was being sued for a bill and that he was wishing me good luck at court. I told him I have contacted BBB and he said good luck at court again I hope I have a good attorney. I said I have filed a complained with BBB and he hung up on me. I believe it is a scam!

Caller left a message on my office phone stating he was calling me about time sensitive issue a lawsuit against me. I need to return his call soon or have my attorney contact him. If I ignore the message and not return the call, he wished me good luck in the action against me.
At no time did "Rick" identify the alleged agency he was representing.
I have also received similar calls at my home phone and my cell phone. In every instance it was someone with an Indian accent. At times I could not understand what the person was saying in the messages.
Last week I received a phone call that I answered from the same number stating I was being sued. I asked what this was in reference to and what company he was with but the called wouldn't give me any information.
The called stated "I demand you give me your supervisor's name and phone number." Then he demanded I give him my attorney's number. I informed him he is to no longer call me at work and I will not give him any information. He started to scream at me and I hung up the phone. He tried calling me three times in a row afterwards and each time I disconnected the call.
