"Bruce Hard" just called from this number and tried to convince me that he was "working with computers" that have had malicious files downloaded. He said I have many bad files downloaded and that he was here to help. I asked him how he knew that (already aware that this was a scam) and he said he works with many computers. He kept trying and I played along for a while. He said most "unsavvy computer users" don't understand. I told him I WAS computer saavy and he asked me to prove it by explaining to HIM what some computer term was! I asked him why I should have to explain anything to him. He called me an "idiot woman" and hung up the phone. Ha ha.
