Said my windows 7 PC was showing errors on their server and I had serious problems. They could not provide a correct IP address, PC name or user name. When I asked for corredt ticket number, their phone number and address caller got rude and inapproproate. Reverse look up was for a land line in Warren Robins GA. When called there was a fake out of service recording.
