Got a text message on my Sprint phone (which is on the Fed Do Not Call list) from this number pitching 30 yr mtg at 3.75 Says to reply 'Rate' for more info or 'Stop' to opt out. Other sites say better to not reply at all. Will report this to the carrier. Since I pay for text messaging, isn't this illegal?
