Number found on an illicit fax I received.
"Health Insurance" is the only reference; no company name or date of sending (illegal fax; all must provide this information).
As the number is a local call for me, I called. They refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor and say their call list was provided and does not contain any do-not-call numbers. False; my number has been on do-not-call for many years.
They claim to be "USA Select Choice". They gave su.insured@gmail.com as their email address. This is obviously not a legitimate business email address.
