I've had several calls from this number and they leave a message saying I have an outstanding balance of $10 but never leave a company name. I don't intend to call them back as it's long distance and could be one of those scams where it reroutes some place out of the country incurring a lot of phone charges to me.

4/04/2015 This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks they have robo called said there were problems with my claim for durable medical supplies. Also telling me to respond in 2 days. I have never gotten any email or snail mail about any of this...may be a scam. Just called and no one answers. I have never known anyone to use robo calling for an insurance claim
