I have received multiple calls from this number; they hang up each time I answer. (Sounds like a phone being placed in a cradle, not a machine "click.")

When I call back, I'm met with seemingly endless rings, finally answered with a "caller's mailbox is full" message.

I can find nothing online about this number. I bother no one, and I'm peeved that someone is bothering me.
