Scammer looking to get my personal ID

It was a robocall,which transferred to a live person on behalf of supposed credit card services. When I politely asked to be removed from their list because I am on a no-call list; she hung up on me immediately! This behavior leads me to believe they are scammers. I promptly blocked them.
