The woman had an East Indian accent and she said to call back at that number ext 311. And she said the call was regarding my resume. A legit recruiter always leaves their full name, company and the reason for the call. I would know I was a recruiter.

Lots of background noise noted; female speaker talked quickly and hung up right away, without providing her name or company name.
I have posted my resume online and now get a few spam emails and bothersome calls like this. This is not a professional recruiter, obviously.
