This is a verbal notification for you in regards to a disbursement action that has been started on your name. My number is 510-629-3903 I repeat the number as 510-629-3903 If for any reason you're busy to call back, I would suggest you to have your retain attorney to do it for you as delaying calling us might end up into a legal mess for you. I hope you will take this right and call me back. This is Allan Carter with the Department of Legal Affairs again my number is 510-629-3903.

I have reported this to the fraud dept. at the US treasury. It is very easy to do.

Called and said that I was going to be in a legal mess
unless I paid, hung up on them. he called back as said that since I hung up i was now in trouble
