Man didn't mention who he worked for. Sounded like a call center in the background. claimed i was going to be arrested in 30 - 45 minutes. So when did the cops give a time frame for when they arrest people? Also apparently they coordinate with the police? I mean are these scammers even trying anymore?

I received a very threatening phone call from this number. A foreign man stated he was Andrew Thompson with the Attorney General Office. He said I have a warrant out for my arrest and the authorities will arrest me in the next 30-45 min due to an outstanding loan with Cash Advance America. These people need to be arrested.
