This number tracks back to a call center in Paige, TX. It is a call center used by scammers and rip off contractors. The number is currently in heavy use on Craigslist across the country spammed in over 100 cities advertising garage door services, roofing, plumbing, electrical, locksmith and painting ads. Beware at all costs.
