Received a call from this "Deputy Jenkins" that said he was with the Bexar County Sheriffs department working through the local police department of the city name I live in. Which technically I don't live in that city it's just my mailing address. But they even gave me the name of the police chief that they said if the warrant ended up getting issued. He gave me the phone number to call for the State Investigation department and Paul Harbor. I called him and at first he said it was a federal case but then said it was misdemeanor charges. He wanted to know if I wanted to handle it without having a warrant issued. Well after being in law enforcement for many years of course I don't want a warrant. The funny part is I have worked with the police department they told me I needed to contact so I knew there was something wrong. Plus the fact that they had a thick foreign type accent was kind of a give away. He gave me two dollar amounts and then said I could western union it or was about to give me another option and I told him I was done listening to his scam and hung up. Then I looked up the phone number and found all these comments.

Got an email from this person so i called him and he told me that if i didnt pay him I was going to be sued and put in jail then he had a person pretend to be a sheriffs deputy and tell me the same thing. Thats when I told both of them that is not how the law works and they could kiss my ass and they hung up on my the pretend cop said his name was Jenkins and his badge number was 6643.

I received an email today that stated that I had borrowed some money and had defaulted on the payments and I was going to be sued by the companys lawyer's. I told them to go ahead I had already been scammed once and it wasn't going to happen again that I would have an attorney also, and he hung up on me!!!

I got this same threatening email. Not scared. If anyone was actually getting in trouble by the government or others certified letters are sent to them. Had this happen before. Just plain idiots they are.

I received an email with the same type of information and threat to pay up (provide ssn) or I would be prosecuted (arrested) under violation of Federal Law. They need to be reported to the proper authorities.

I received an email today stating that same thing as the comments from Upsettodeath on 2/9/2015. I have not called them back and by the comments, I don't think I should.

I am receiving very harassing scary calls, they have my address, and cell, work information, email...advising me that I have pending charges in federal court..regarding a loan with American cash advance ...states that I am being monitored on my email....these people need to be stopped....like previous comment very heavy indian accent

These people are just ripping and trying to scam money out of us.
