This number calls people all over Canada several times a day between 8AM and 11:30 PM. Starts with a recorded call saying it's a political survey. It then redirects you to a line saying you won a cruise and you only have to pay "X' amount of dollars and they harrass you for your credit card number.
It's a scam. Report them to the police and file a complaint with the " Do Not Call " list if you are registered on the list. The number that above that shows on your caller ID, the number above is a spoofed VOIP #. Apparently the calls actually originate from Fort lauderdale, Florida.
