This caller is so persistent and annoying that now that I've figured out a way to stop their calls, I'm passing this on...call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. Allow their 1-2 day processing time and the calls will stop.

Do not respond at all. As soon as you respond, you will get more calls. That's how they know they have a gullible person! I block all spam numbers so they will never ring on my phone again. I got very few calls for a while and they ramped up again for the holiday season. I just keep blocking them.
