I told the callers a couple of times I don't need a security system and don't call back but that didn't help. Then after a search, I found a way to stop them; call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. Allow 1-2 business days processing time and the calls did stop for me.

Caller never spoke after I opened line with the usual, "Sergeant (name)," in my best drill instructor voice. After a few seconds, got a busy signal.
