They say on the recorded message that it is not a "marketing call" but they say nothing about the nature of that call but in the message they ask to call 888-355-7515 which is a notorious number for years.
What they really want is to have you call and obtain your name that matches the telephone number so they could take further action such as sell your number or to push some kind of scam.
The best is not to answer any calls and not to call them back since they are JUST PLAIN CRIMINALS trying to steal people identity!
