This number is part of the scam to get your credit card information. They call you with a recording stating that they can lower your APR while keeping your monthly payments the same. They then ask you to press "1" to speak with someone about this. The reason that they're getting away with this is that you are technically calling them by pressing "1". If this happens to you, press "1" and wait to speak with someone. Tell them that you know this is a scam and to remove you from their calling list. They will most likely hang up on you. I have received this call from three different phone numbers. All have been Michigan numbers (517, 231, and 248).
