I posted an ad on Craigslist to sell my IPhone. Never being harassed by scammers before, I posted my phone number so locals could call me. Not knowing this was a scammer yesterday, we were conversing about "James" purchasing my IPhone but he'd need it sent and he would send me $375 via Western Union. And I only asked $275 in my ad. I even got an email confirming the money was transferred in my name. When I went to Western Union sure enough there was no account in my name or the sellers name. Needless to say the package was not shipped. "James" tried telling me I needed to get a shipping code to give to the people at Western Union, they rep from Western Union said they don't even do that.
I'm fortunate I didn't lose any money and realized it was a scam and I hope others see this so they don't get scammed either!
