person, with heavy accent, said my computer was not receiving critical updates from windows. He wanted to fix the problem and asked that I turn on my computer and he would walk me thru what had to be done. I was not at my computer so told him to call back tomorrow. Obviously windows is not going to call an individual customer, so i consider the caller a scammer.
