Brad is the sickest piece of *** . I work for the City of Toronto Social Services and put up ‘Housing Wanted’ ads for my clients every once in a while; especially, if their English skills are poor.
I’ve been receiving emails from Brad for about a year-and-a-half. I replied once (and never again since). Even though the conversation began very pleasantly; it shortly turned sour.
He asked for FB, Instagram and pictures. He told me that I am looser, because I hold a 9-5 job. Asked about flopping his genitalia in front of my client and even slapping her rear end with it. Called my client the “N-Word” after finding out that she is from Africa.
Stay away from this individual.

Hey Folks. April 12th and I just ran into this nutjob over Kijiji. He tried to sell himself as a upstanding citizen before quickly turning aggressive and threatining. After running a background check on the guy I realized he's the real deal; a complete physco with a record for this sort of thing. Avoid at all costs.
He seems to target woman. He was insistent on finding out the gender of my apartments residents. After telling me to "Go f**k yourself f**got", I responded to put him in his place. At that point he issued a threat. Hopefully cops or RCMP will pick this guy up sooner than later. I fear for the people he successfully misleads.

He proceeds with a very detailed description of his genitals followed-up by very rude insults. He claims to be good looking and wealthy, which justifies this level of inappropriate behavior.
