The caller ID came up as: "LOCAL RADIO". The same guy called a few days ago with a different phone ID.
He started his pitch about sending me a packet to donate to the local police organization and I stopped him with, "Why did your caller ID say "local radio"? He did a stutter and tried to pick up where he left off and asked it he could send me a donation packet. I told him, "No, I don't like people trying to use fraud."
