Not as stupid as they think I am - 09-23-2014

Left message saying they were from US Treasury and wanted me to call them back "to help them help me" so I would not have to go before a magistrate or grand jury.

scammer leaves message trying to convince caller that they are with the Dept of Treasury, and are going to have you arrested. They want you to give them money so that they will convince the detectives that it was a mistake.

This is really stupid, you would be notified via registered mail by the IRS if there was an issue. Call your local IRS office if you are worried.
