Romance Scammer on OurTime/ SeniorPeople, and perhaps match.com. Widowed by Katrina German citizen engineer living in Des Moines IA, but finishing a 10 month contract in Manila. Had to pay taxes before Philippine government would pay him, and now needs help buying plane tickets to get himself & 2 visiting adult kids and 1 grandson home. He took me for $5000. Numbers he might be using 551-226-8501, 515-259-0911, 806-318-6064. Aliases: Bob Steed Dr. Clifford Rose. Higher pitched voice and accent (Nigerian?) Very flowery uses forever, destiny, angel, roses. Claims to HATE liars.
