My parents have been victim to these people. Unfortunately, they gave them their CC number and aggreed to the so called service they offer. My parents are older and gullable. I had my father call his CC company to dispute the charges and the CC company said he needed to try to resolve it through the vendor, i.e., Epik Relief. When he called them and asked to speak to someone. They told him someone would call him in 24-48 hours to discuss his cancellation options. What can I do to help him?
