Have them make a police report in your area. Then, go to the bank and tell them they didn't authorize that charge.Explain that your parents didn't understand what they were getting into. My mother thought it was the actual bank that was calling and these crooks played along w/it posing as a bank rep! Then make sure you put an alert on their credit reports just so nothing else happens. I hope this helps...good luck!
