Someone from this company called and asked to verify my companies copier model # - asked what company they were from and told them that we use a different company. He hung up. HATE THESE SCAMMERS

Isaiah from Universal Supply Company wanted to ask a specific manager for his copier's model number, so he could match it with the correct toner cartridge. I've been working for umpteen years and cannot believe this scam is still going on! Normally I give these people the bum's rush, but my back-up was on duty when the call came in and actually checked with the manager to make sure. This was the number on Caller ID, but the one he left was 855-838-6637. Tried phoning both to tell him to cease and desist but heard music each time and couldn't hang on, for obvious reasons.
