Foreigner scumbag calling my cell phone saying that it is very important that I call him back. It is not a live message. Implies IRS implications if I do not. The IRS does not make outbound calls like this unless a case is already opened for you. The IRS sends written notices and will not make 1st contact phone calls like this. I would like to find this guy and string him up.

the person calling identified himself as "Officer" Jason Miller. His accent was so foreign that I could not understand the voice mail he left me. He asked that I call back and everytime I call the number it will ring once then goes to a busy signal!!!

This guy called and said he needed to hear from me or my attorney. The call went to my voice mail and seemed to be incomplete. I believe it to be a scam artist.
