My name is Genevieve Ott and I received a call from 585-366-0393 this morning sayig that a warrant for my arrest would be issued today at 3pm for a bad check I supposedly wrote in Texas back on aug 5th 2009. I wasn't even living in texas at that time. Im really upset about this and am having anxiety symptoms now. Is there a way to find out who this caller was and take legal action against this party?
