Got a call from the someone from the treasure dept on MLK day claiming that I have a civil suit pending against me. Totally bogus!!! Whne I call back he looked me up by first name only, he answered on the first ring and hung up when I asked him to give me any info about who or what he was talking about.

the person calling has heavy accent..he was telling me that there was a complaint against me by the treasury
dept. I have been in this USA for decades and when agencies of the feds don't call you, they send you an official letter/correspondence by mail..#@%^^**&

Ditto on what Amy said above of the message the caller referenced. I did not return the call. They called back a second time within the same hour. This same call came in about six weeks ago, only they called three times that day.
