Caller just held on to the call while I said 'hello'a few times, then hung up. I could hear background noise before the hang-up.

I receive several calls per week from 586 283-3000. They never speak, just hang up. I hear talking in the background
Cannot call them back, the phone call never goes completely thru.
I wish there was something I could do...I am very sick of this. I have no debt, so it can't be a bill collector.
